What this involves
Six weeks, one emotion per week — short lessons and practices, plus a brief assessment before and after. There's also an optional daily mood check-in.
What we collect

What we don't collect
Your name never leaves this device. No account, no login. Your progress through the lessons stays on your phone and is never sent.
Privacy
Your responses are stored under a random code generated on your device — never your name, email, or account. Your employer never sees individual responses; they receive only team-level, aggregate results. Individual responses are seen only by the researcher and are reported only in aggregate or de-identified summary form.
Taking part is voluntary
You can skip any question or stop at any time, with no penalty.
